THE MUSIC
...has been with me for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a musical family, I immediately chose the violin as my instrument of choice at the local music school's open house when I was five years old – many off-key notes followed, lots and lots. With a great deal of practice, it got better after a few years. You can find a video of me playing the violin as a child at Christmas in the gallery – if you dare!

I played in various classical ensembles and successfully participated in competitions such as the "Gläserne Harfe" and "Jugend musiziert" (Youth Makes Music) . As a concertmaster and in other ensembles, I gained valuable experience in the field of classical music.
During my teenage years, after numerous performances, things quieted down for me and the violin – until artists like David Garrett and Lindsey Stirling gave the classical instrument a completely new and exciting twist. I experimented, playing familiar songs on the violin and reinterpreting them. What I didn't realize at the time was that it's not at all common to be able to play melodies by ear (without sheet music). This was an advantage for me then, and it still is today. Performances for friends and family followed, featuring modern medleys of their favorite songs at birthdays and weddings – which I still enjoy to this day.
At the beginning of 2019, I registered my part-time violin business. Since then, I've had the opportunity to play at countless weddings, birthdays, funerals, baptisms, balls, and other events – always with a focus on tailoring the music to the individual needs of each celebration! You can find references and testimonials from people who have booked me here .
Whether with classical or modern pieces - I look forward to providing the musical backdrop for your very personal moments!
